Saw Bryan Fogel’s second film yesterday, The Dissident. Good, but not nearly as good as his Oscar winner. This one was about the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, the Washington Post journalist who was murdered in Turkey by the Saudis.

Saw a headline “many young Republicans sticking with Donald Trump”. Seriously, all Americans, not just Democrats, do we really think this man should be our President and the alleged leader of the free world? We are fast becoming a joke.
Can you imagine what would happen if Joe Biden were found to have sexually harassed and defamed a woman and ordered by a jury to pay her $5 million. Why are not any Republicans, even those seeking the nomination, saying anything? Because they are cowards and afraid to lose the Trumpers whose votes they need to even have a chance —————————-
Dinner at Keller’s with two couples. One a German couple now retired and living in Sardinia and the other really from all over the world, but if I had to pick a place, it would be South Africa now living in Florida.
One thing about a trip like this is that it is impossible not to broaden one’s horizons. I may feel dumber than when I got on in trivial pursuit but feel much more knowledgeable about the world in general.
