Yesterday I watched the two semi-final matches at Wimbledon, in the men’s draw. Neither match, both won in straight sets, were very competitive. I can virtually guarantee the final match between the #1 and #2 seeds will be a great match.
Hung out with daughter Beth most of the day. Tables treated us very well during the day, but not well at night. Since only one more day, we did not play a lot after dinner.
Had breakfast with an old friend. Not sure Gary Silverman released from hospital late yesterday. I will know some time today.
Very unhappy Marlins lost first game of series to Orioles in Baltimore. Their schedule is not a easy one.
I cannot wait to get rid of McCarthy.

I have had a really good time on this trip, but I am ready to come home. Lots will be going on as we begin major repairs to our house.
It is, I am told, very hot in Reno, but I have not been outside our hotel since arriving.
I am going back to sleep, but got up to write this short post for my east coast readers.
