It has been a long time since my draft of a post disappeared and I had to start over again, but it happened with this one. Fortunately, I had very little to say for today. In fact, Sunday was about as uneventful as a day can be. I did do my full exercise routine, watched “Sunday Morning” and then football the rest of the day. Also saw that asshole Emmer on “Face The Nation”. Never left my house. Did read some more of The Mosquito Bowl and bought on kindle the new Baldacci Memory Man book.
Barbara spent an inordinate amount of time making a fish soup I really like, then watched some of the Dolphin game with me, and spent the rest of the day trying to save our Country.
We have both already received notice that our mail-in ballots were in order and will be counted. You need not guess how we voted although we did differ a little on judicial retention of some our appellate judges. The difference is of no consequence because they will all be easily retained.
The Dolphin game was was a good game. Tua had a great day, and it is pretty clear we have the best two receivers in the NFL. We had an absurd number of penalties. Both the Jets and Giants lost. I actually root for the Giants. Grew up watching them play and had some favorite players going all the way back to Charlie Conerly, whom most of you probably are too young to remember. I never was a dog ass Jets fan but many of my close friends are.
Not sure I will leave my house today either.

Will watch the World Series tonight. I did not think I would be interested in the Astros and Phillies, but it has been excellent baseball thus far, and worth my time. I also am comforted by the fact that my life and the future of our Country will not change no matter who wins, which is much more than I can say about the upcoming elections. I also do not think you are a moron no matter which team you want to win.

Please realize that if Nancy Pelosi had been home, the likelihood is that she would have been murdered. Friday night I had my first experience with 2019 J.R Bryant bought by a generous friend. It was one of the best wines I have ever had, and I used to be able to buy the '82 Lafite for $50 a bottle. It is now $10,000 a bottle.
