One of my readers Daisy Baez, whom I do not know personally, wrote in response to one of my posts, that regarding Trump, her Mother would say “he needs to have his mouth washed

out with soap”. My Mother used to say the same thing to me. Daisy, thanks for the memories.

The biggest news for me is that the “good guys” won in Ohio. Even some Republicans votes “no”. A huge turnout and extremism took a big hit.

Donald Trump is handling these indictments about as badly as is imaginable. Defendants representing themselves could do better. However, on reflection , he probably retained ventriloquists as lawyers, and he really is representing himself.

It may be that the best chance of Trump going to jail will not be because a jury finds him guilty and the Judge sentences him. What is much more likely, is that the Judge will order Trump not to talk about the case, Trump says no one can tell me that and will violate the Judge’s order, be found in contempt and go to jail.

Today I am in an all day meeting so someone else will have to follow the clowns.

Four grandchildren leave in the next couple of weeks for school. They willl be at Vassar, FSU, Florida and Miami.

Feeling better. However, lots of friends are struggling which is depressing. Old age is not for sissies. Falls seem to be the biggest culprit. I am now like George Burns——if I have to rush, I simply won’t go.
