Monday was an exciting day. In no particular order, the Marlins hit back to back to back home runs in the 8th inning against the Astros, and Georgia finally indicted Trump and his cronies in the 2020 election case.

I have not yet read the 98 -page indictment with 41 criminal counts in all listing 19 defendants. Besides Trump, among the others named are Meadows, Giuliani and Eastman. As of the time I went to sleep last night, no real details of the indictment were known. I am sure the airwaves will be loaded today with more details mixed in with the devastation in Hawaii.

Had a really nice time with my sister and her husband at baseball game last night. The Marlins made some changes in the valet parking which I do not like.

Trump is testing the Washington Judge. I would not be surprised if she hauled his fat ass before her and have him explain what he posted on social media.

I really do not see how Trump can handle everything on his plate. He probably has four or five matters any one of which could take all of his time to address. His legal team is mediocre at the best, but even two dozen top notch lawyers would be hard pressed to put forth a decent effort. They are just spread too thin.

It’s not impossible, that, with a first rate effort by first rate lawyers and a cooperative client might win one or more of these cases. However, none of these assumptions exist, and, absent a series of miracles, my bet is Trump gets buried.

Have two meetings this morning and lot of things to do before I leave tomorrow at 11 a.m. to fly to Austin.

Granddaughter,Alanna left yesterday to get set up in her dorm at the University of Miami. Granddaughter Harper leaves Saturday for Gainesville. These are very exciting times in our family. Barbara and I are really lucky to have lived long enough to enjoy all these milestones.
