My echo cardiogram yesterday took 90 minutes and I was exhausted when it was over. We left the house at 6:30 a.m. to get to the hospital on time and had no time to spare. The place was a beehive by 7 a.m. I read the report but waiting to hear from my doctor who is on vacation but says he will call me. Meanwhile, they did not call me so I assume results not bad.
Really a good baseball game that I attended with Beth. Marlins won 6 to 5. We would do better if there was no 8th inning.
We were talking at the ballpark last night with a Marlin executive complimenting him on the fact that the Marlins needed bullpen help and went out and got it. He told us that the Marlins were not done yet trying to improve their roster, but he did not provide any more details. Generally, there are lots of rumors, but I have not heard any.
Wanted to go to lunch yesterday with son Steven, at least that was my plan. Wife put the kabash on those plans mostly because she wanted me to rest.
Of course, Trump is still denying that he did nothing wrong. In his mind, that is correct.
I love listening to Michael Cohen talks about Trump. He has him nailed exactly the way I do.
Took a shower right after returning from the game. Barbara was already asleep so I sat down in a bedroom chair to write this post. I am not supposed to sleep in a chair without my legs being up above my heart. I guess the day took more out of me than I thought because the next thing I knew it was 2 a.m and I was still, in the chair.
Will see Bobby and Elaine today for lunch. Have not seen them since before our world cruise.
After lunch, Barbara and I will go down to the Marlin’s game. Lunch is at The Boatyard.
Listened to Jamey Johnson on the radio performing at Grand Old Oprey. He was great.
Not much to say between indictments of our Former President.
See you tomorrow. At least that is my plan.
